Fashion Icon ~ Sarah

We’re debuting our new “Fashion Icon” Series this week.
All of the Rapunzel Girls are dishing on who inspires our daily duds!

Sarah’s Fashion Icon: Sienna Miller
 Sarah has spent a lot of time around celebrities and their style. Having lived in New York City for ten years, she has tried and tested all kinds of different trends before finally settling on her signature style—bohemian chic. At the forefront of Sarah’s list of style inspirations is English actress, Sienna Miller. Known for her flower-child threads and earthy beauty, she has helped create the style that is mimicked across the world. We had Sarah put together an outfit of her favorite Rapunzel’s styles that she could see Sienna sporting on any given occasion.

Sarah’s creation consists of the Free People Forest Nymph Tunic, a Fig & Bella Fringe Scarf, the Joe’s Jeans distressed Easy Cutoff Short and then topped off by one of the newest pieces by CC Design.

Closet Gossip ~ Kristen’s Style Obsessions

Kristen is all about style and comfort, and if she can get both of those characteristics in one piece; she’s going to buy it. When we asked her to pull a few of her favorite style obsessions, she immediately put together an outfit that is comfortable enough be worn throughout the day and stylish enough that you won’t want to take it off before a night out.

The key piece in Kristen’s outfit is the Zoe Karssen Bat Tee. The graphic is subtle and spooky. With its pre-washed look, you won’t have to worry about stiff designs or washing delicate prints. This bat won’t fly away on you!
 Kristen loves the fit of Joe’s Jeans. They use quality fabrics and are known for their great fit and moderate pricing. To go with the pseudo-masculine graphic tee, Kristen picked a pair of distressed Joe’s Rolled Skinny Ankle Crop in Cooper Wash.

Being from North Dakota, it only felt natural for Kristen to add the Splendid Bellini Jacket in Navy. This piece is almost like having two jackets in one—a navy cargo style is layered over a striped hoodie. The Bellini Jacket works great over the graphic because even though it’s double-layered, it looks anything but bulky. Kristen’s outfit is complete and casual cool all the way.

Closet Gossip: Stephanie’s Style Obsessions

It’s no secret that our Store Manager Stephanie is obsessed with all things beachy and bohemian. She’s been furiously pinning her favorites to our Pinterest boards and she definitely leaves her style mark when we go on buying trips. Summer is HOT at Rapunzel’s Closet!

Technically the calendar doesn’t think that it’s Summer yet – but Summer is in full swing at Rapunzel’s Closet in Palm Beach, FL. Our resort season may have ended, and all of our faithful snowbirds have headed to their summer homes for the next 5 months – but our local Palm Beach residents stop by daily to say hi and check out the new arrivals!
